1. Return & Refund Policy
At High Skyzz, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure fairness to all customers.
Return Window
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted
Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only if:
- Product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- No stains, perfume smell, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or damage
- Product is returned in original folded condition
⚠️ Items failing quality inspection will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Inspection & Approval
- All returns undergo strict quality inspection at our warehouse
- Refunds are processed only after successful inspection approval
- If product shows signs of usage or damage, refund will be declined
- Decision of High Skyzz quality team will be final
Exchange Policy
- Only size exchange is allowed (subject to stock availability)
- Only one exchange per order
- If requested size is unavailable, refund will be processed after inspection
Refund Processing
- Refund will be processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
