- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
- Charges are non-refundable once order is shipped
High Skyzz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address provided by the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp with Order ID
- If order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible
Cancellation by High Skyzz
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Payment failure
In such cases, full refund will be issued.
4. Damaged / Incorrect Product Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and unboxing video
- Claims without proof may not be accepted
After verification, replacement or refund will be processed.

- Slight color variation may occur due to screen lighting
- Customers are advised to check size chart before ordering
